Together with DKE Aerospace we are developing on behalf of the European Commission a technical toolkit, that will allow mobile applications developers to improve the positioning provided by GPS in their apps.

It will include an open-source specific library which will ensure that benefits granted by the toolkit are freely available to everyone.
